Camp Program
After we arrive at the venue, there will be a camp briefing, followed by time to settle in the cabins.

In the evenings and mornings, we will Sessions, consisting of praise and worship, teaching from our guest preacher and prayer time.
During the day, we have organised games and activities and free time ( swimming pool, volleyball, soccer, board games, canoeing etc)

Cabins/ Sleeping Arrangements

The youth are placed in the cabins based on the Year Levels and Gender, for example: all the Year 6 boys will be together, with their leader and an adult volunteer in the same cabin.

The leaders are trained to handle any issues that may arise but also, we have a reporting structure that ensures the youth pastor and key leaders are in the know about how everything is going for everyone and can assist as necessary.

 Safety

  1. We operate on a 1:8-10 ratio ( 1 leader for every 8 students)
  2. Boys and Girls cabins are separated with 2 leaders allocated per cabin.
  3. We have over 30+ trained adults with compliance checks all completed including parents, pastors and first aiders.
  4. Prior to camp we will send you itineraries about what we will be doing per hour, including leaders contact etc.
  5. All leaders are held to a Code of conduct outlining behaviours and boundaries
